Air Classifier

 

TECHNO DESIGNS offers Classifiers for classifying micronise minerals such as Calcite, Dolomite, Silica, Zircon Silicate, Rutile and Kaolin. The Classifiers are either single wheel or multi wheel depending on the classification and particle size required.

Techno Designs offers the classifiers manufactured in India under technical tie-up with M/s. IVA Industrieberatung GmbH, Germany.

The classification of Calcite has been done upto d97 = 8 microns and for Zircon Silicate upto d90 = 5 microns. The largest multi wheel classifiers manufactured by Techno Designs is 400 dia x 6 wheels for separation of Calcite powder for a capacity of 2.25 TPH d 97 = 8 microns and 450 Kg./hr. d90 <5 microns for Zircon Silicate.
